Pastor Andrew Phillips has served in full-time pastoral ministry for over 30 years as an ordained Foursquare pastor, leading congregations and discipling believers across decades of local church work.
He currently pastors Celebration Foursquare Church in the Seattle area, where he has led the church through a complete reinvention of its ministry model: moving from a traditional Sunday format to a home-based church network that meets weekly in neighborhoods across the region.
He teaches on ministry, calling, and the practical work of reaching people with the gospel, not from a textbook, but from the ongoing reality of doing it.
