Bola de Oro

The village of Bola de Oro has around 550 families.

It is a Mayan-indigenous village where most men work in the field of agriculture or in the local chicken farms and most of the women are homemakers and run the local convenience stores.

Here in Bola de Oro, you'll find some of the most genuine, hospitable, and welcoming people.

Their smiles are absolutely contagious!

We've been in a relationship with this village since 2018 bringing water filters, stoves and leading bible studies with the women of the community.

Our heart for this village is for the people to step up as leaders and to go to other communities to show them what an empowered and Holy Spirit-filled Mayan believer looks like.
