Pastor Matt Hadley has served in full-time ministry for over 25 years, spending the last 20 at Clatskanie Community Church where he has pastored in various roles before transitioning into the lead pastor position.
He holds a BA in Bible Theology and Speech Communication from Multnomah University and a Master of Divinity from Multnomah Seminary.
Everything he teaches on leadership transitions (the humility, the honor, the waiting, the plan), he has lived on both sides of.
