MISSIONARY CARE

When it gets

hard, you

won’t be

alone.

Most missionaries don’t leave the field because they lost their calling.
They leave because nobody was there when it got hard.
We’ll be there.

Lynnaya Preuss

Missionary in Nicaragua

“This is Vida Ministries has been such a blessing in my life. The first time I spoke with Angela, I felt like a prayer of mine had been answered. International missionaries have unique needs and experiences that only other people who have followed the calling to go and live serving abroad can understand. I cannot count the amount of times in my conversations with Angela that I have felt heard, comforted, and encouraged. Her words have brought so much life to me and reminded me of God's truth over and over again. May God continue to bless their ministry.”

Who you’ll be talking to

We’re Miguel and Angela. We started This Is Vida in 2020 in Guatemala, and we’ve lived the field, not just studied it.

We’re not going to “fix you” in three sessions. We’re going to listen, tell you the truth, and keep showing up. Whatever you’re carrying, you can set it down here first.

Miguel & Angela are ordained ministers through the Christian Ministerial Network (CMN).

A few lines is plenty. Tell us who you are and where you serve, and we’ll take it from there.

Prefer email? contact@thisisvida.org. We read every one and we actually respond.

Not ready to reach out?

That’s okay. Most people aren’t. Start with an episode of The Here I Am Experience, where missionaries tell the truth about the hard parts.
